Shaly's Midwives and Birthing Expenses

For so long, I have wanted to be a mom. I could not be more excited to start this next chapter of my life, and I have found a birthing center and group of midwives that I am over the moon about. Unfortunately, my insurance won't cover anything but a hospital birth, and especially since I am high-risk and the pandemic rages on, a hospital birth is less than ideal. With all the unexpected twists and turns in my life over the last few years, I could really use a little financial help to cover some of the costs of the midwives.

The last three years have been a wild ride. After spending most of 2019 sick in bed with the onset of a chronic illness, the pandemic hit and tanked the entire circus industry. Even as the circus industry has begun to return, with each new covid surge I have been forced to take a step back again. It has been incredibly challenging to exist as a disabled person in a covid world, and I have not had a lot of stability in my life since the pandemic hit.

Anything you can contribute will help my growing family and me immensely. The money will go directly toward covering the cost of the midwives and the birthing center. If I surpass my goal, the money will go into an emergency fund for baby-related expenses. Thank you in advance.
