Build Shalom Boca: Phase 1

Nearly 30 years ago Shalom Boca was planted to be a tree of life to the Jewish families of Boca Raton. Throughout these years, we have faithfully shared the love of Yeshua with those whom God has called.
Our vision has always been to build a community center which would host cultural events, art, music, social gatherings and a synagogue for Jewish worship.
Today we have the opportunity to see this vision become a reality.
We have made an offer on a residential piece of property which will serve as the first step in our multi-step plan to re-develop the property into the community center of our dreams.
We are in negotiations to purchase the adjoining piece of property which is an essential part of this plan.
This campaign is the first step in building Shalom Boca.
Property 1 will cost $420,000 to purchase and close on the land. At this time, inspection of Property 1 has been completed and the house is in good condition. We have also secured financing, but need to raise an additional $175,000 to complete the purchase. Closing date has been set for June 24th.
By June 24th, we need to raise the additional $175,000.
Raising these funds will enable us to use the cash we have on hand to purchase Property 2 (which is part of Phase 2 of this project). At this time, we do not know the total of cash required to purchase Property 2.
