Shalise LaShawn Bellamy arrived with her beaming spirit on March 27, 2004 and even with an open-heart surgery at just days old, nothing could get that beautiful smile off her face.  A smile that grew bigger each day, from that moment on. 


From day one, her parents Andrew and Latoya, along with big brother Dwayne, were hooked on her contagious smile. 


You could see Shalise’s smile from a thousand miles away and any obstacle that tried to stop that shine, would soon be overtaken by her tenacity and strength. 

When a second heart surgery was scheduled for the growing toddler, the family’s worries would soon subside when Shalise recovered from the surgery soon after and her smile returned. 

While her heart still required closer care, nothing  would stop her from taking advantage of life to the fullest -from beating her brother in basketball, making dance videos with her cousins, to traveling with her uncles and aunts...Shalise lived a life of happiness and joy!


For 14 years we were blessed to see Shalise live her best life everyday.  A life that was so beautiful and too big for her heart to contain here on earth.

On February 5, 2019, her spirit was taken to shine her light with the angels. 


Although our hearts are heavy, we cannot imagine the sadness her parents and brother have to endure.  

This memorial fund has been set up by our families to help alleviate any financial burden for Shalise’s parents. 

We thank everyone for the prayers, love and support during this time.
