Amir has been battling with Crohns-Colitis for years. Recently his disease reached a tipping point when he suffered a perforated bowel. He has had 95% of his colon removed; has spent days in the ICU; and now faces extended recovery time in hospital. 

Just prior to Amir's near-fatal submission to hospital he had opened his own Podiatry practice, Complete Foot and Ankle Care. With Amir recuperating in hospital the viability of his practice remains in doubt.  

This fund will go toward supporting Amir, Devorah, Ty, Giddy, Zach, and Alex while Amir gets back on his feet. The funding will support the family's ability to cover the bills, and help keep Complete Foot and Ankle Care afloat until Amir can get back to seeing his beloved patients.
