Shakira's Cancer Testimony

HI, My name is Shakira and I'm fundraising because I was recently diagnosed with stage 3 triple negative breast cancer. A lot of people don't know what that means. It means it's a really aggressive and fast spreading cancer. Im a mother of four beautiful, amazing children and one day about 3 months ago we had a last minute snow fall. I was outside shoveling the snow when I started feeling dizzy. I PASSED OUT in the snow! I was home alone so I was found by a neighbor and taken to emergency. There I stayed for 5 days where they ran all kind of test on me. I told the doctor I felt a small marble size knot in my breast, but he said well its probably nothing but follow up with your OBG, when you get discharged. I did right away, well a mammogram was ordered and it was all down hill from there. The kicker is that the lump turned out to be cancer, it is July and now the size of a plum fruit. I have 2 in one breast and now it has spread to my lymph node. Well to make a long story short. My job was a contract job and it has ended. The doctor is now saying I have to begin a very aggressive form of chemo and Immuno therapy which will make me sick so I can't work or be around a lot of people because of my compromised immune system I now have no income to pay my bills. I have a house payment car note and kids returning back to school soon. It is all to much but I would appreciate any help I could get.

Thank you for taking the time and listening to my story. What I want to do as well is spread awareness to young women like myself and say if you feel something weird DON'T WAIT! Because it may be to late or just in time to catch it. BLESS EVERYONE.
