Hi my name is Brittany I am trying to raise money for my sister Shakira Lizardi who was in tragic car accident that left her with debilitating injuries on July 25 2023 .

This accident left her with 4 severe injuries; fractured spine in the lower lumbar area , fractured pelvic , TBI (Tramatic brain injury with a contusion to the frontal lobe of the brain ) broken femur and a deep punctured wound on the right side flank which she currently has a wound vac for.

She will have to under go very intensive rehab to relearn how to walk and even sit up. There is a 30% chance she will even to be able to walk again .

we are trying to raise money to help get the additional accommodation to better assist her new way of living, from this tragic accident. She will need a wheelchair and accessible entrance, along with shower accommodation and remodeling to accommodate access to a bathroom all on the first floor.
