I am Shaima from Gaza, a mother of two children, Ahmed and Jouri. We live a tragic and extremely difficult life.

My husband, Mahmoud, was seriously injured in the war; he has a severe abdominal injury and needs ongoing treatment. He is unable to work or exert himself in any way.

My children need the most basic necessities, which I cannot provide, such as food, clothes, nappies, milk, and blankets. In addition to our beautiful home being completely destroyed in the war, we are now homeless, living in tents that offer no protection from the bitter cold of winter or the scorching heat of summer.
