Shadows ear operation

Hi, my name is Daniel, and I’m reaching out for help to support my dog, Shadow.

Shadow is the much-loved German Shepherd who many of you may know from Pinewood Bar & Café. For the past year and a half, she’s been suffering from a persistent and painful ear infection. We’ve tried everything—daily cleanings, special ear drops, diet changes, and countless vet visits—but nothing has fully helped.

Recently, we took her to a new veterinary clinic, and they were shocked by the severity of the infection—saying it's one of the worst they’ve ever seen. Shadow is clearly in discomfort, and it’s heartbreaking to see her struggle.

She’s now been put on steroids, but the vets have advised that the only long-term solution is a major operation to remove her ear canal. Unfortunately, this surgery comes with a cost of £4,000, which her insurance won’t cover.
