Shadi Yazdani’s Solo Performance at Untited Solo festival
Donation protected
Dear friends, supporters, and theater enthusiasts,
I am thrilled to announce that our production, “Jocasta,” has been officially selected for the United Solo Theatre Festival’s Spring 2025 season—the world’s largest solo theater festival, held at Theatre Row in New York City.
My performance is scheduled for Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 7:00 pm. Get your tickets here.
About “Jocasta”:
“Jocasta” is a compelling solo performance that delves into the untold story of Oedipus’s mother and wife, exploring themes of fate, identity, and resilience. Through this narrative, we aim to shed light on her perspective, offering a fresh and profound take on the classic myth.
However, as exciting as this opportunity is, the costs of participation are overwhelmingly high—festival fees, travel expenses, accommodation, and production costs add up quickly. That’s why I am reaching out to you for support.
How Your Contribution Helps:
• Festival Participation Fees (required for official selection)
• Travel & Accommodation in NYC
• Rehearsal & Production Costs
• Marketing & Promotion to ensure my performance reaches a wider audience.
