2 weeks ago our big girl Shade was playing with her siblings and yelped and stopped walking on her leg. She can not put any weight on her back leg and her leg pops every time it moves. The vet told us that she will need to have TPLO surgery to place a plate and pins into her leg. We are doing everything we can for her as her quality of life has significantly decreased and she isn’t our happy girl anymore. She has to go to a speciality vet to have her surgery done and they are estimating it will be $3,500 including a consult that she needs to have. With Fawn being a bartender I am the only one working at this time, so trying to pay all the bills and pay for such a costly surgery is very trying for us at this time. If you could help at all it would be so greatly appreciated so we don’t have to let her continue to be in pain as we try and save the money for her surgery.
