Hi, I’m Heather. Today 05/12/25 my friends flat has went on fire. This is a young family of 6 residing in EH44SD

Lauren has 4 young children (ages 11, 6, 3 and 5 months old) and has just lost most of her possessions, including brand new Christmas presents, all the kids clothing and toys etc. She will need to buy everything new again including baby equipment for her youngest who is only a few months old. She needs new beds for the kids, a sofa to sit on, literally everything.

Her dog Bruno was saved from the fire, but he is very sick at the emergency vets right now. The bills are going to be upwards of £4000. Unfortunately her cat passed away due to smoke inhalation.

I am absolutely devastated for her. With just a few weeks before Christmas it’s going to be a real struggle for her to sort the house back out again.
