Help Wendy beat Cancer
Donation protected
Let me start off by saying CANCER SUCKS! My friend Wendy, new mom of two and devoted wife, is so giving. She helped me get clothes for my son when he was first born, she helps others in need and even now during chemo, surgeries, injections and postpartum, she manages to deliver goods to others and donated 26” of her hair to Wigs for Kids. I’m going to list the things she really needs and then give you her whole story. PLEASE IF YOU CAN HELP IN ANY WAY (MONETARY OR A SHARE OF THIS PAGE) IT’S GREATLY APPRECIATED.
❤️ Nanny/Sitter for the bad days she’s in too much pain to care for her kids
❤️ Monetary donations, as each month runs around $500 or more out of pocket
❤️ Pre-made meals
❤️ Wig for after Chemo, if cold capping doesn’t work
HER STORY:
9/15/21-Wendy was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (IDC) breast cancer while 7 months pregnant. It's stage 2b, grade 3, hormone positive.
10/19/21 she had to have a lumpectomy and while she was undergoing surgery MORE CANCER was found. She couldn’t have another surgery until her son Aiden was born.
11/18/21 Aiden was born via c-section. She was allowed to heal and breastfeed for almost a month.
12/15/21 She had to undergo a mastectomy of her left breast.
1/28/22 She started chemo and will be having at least 4 rounds (1 every 3 weeks)
Cold-capping might be able to save her from losing all of her hair.
2/18/22 Another Chemo session

02/2022 Her first born child will be evaluated for autism as he shows signs of being on the spectrum.
As if being a mom isn’t difficult enough, Chemo has a lot of side effects that make her sick and extremely fatigued. After her infusions, she’ll have to undergo hormone therapy, which has its own list of horrible side effects.
