We are setting up this page to help my little brother get the help he needs. He has cancer again. NO INSURANCE: everything is out of pocket, no treatments without payment upfront, and no surgeries without anesthesia payment upfront.

This is not the first fight he has had with cancer. He was in remission from throat cancer, but they recently found a lump in his throat that he was supposed to have surgery to remove. But.. They have discovered a mass in his stomach that biopsy shows is cancerous. So he will be starting chemo treatments and possibly radiation again before he can schedule the surgery again for his throat.

Financially, this is draining for his family. Russell is a very proud man and has tried extremely hard not to ask for help in any way, but I am asking. As his big sister, I’m supposed to be able to take care of him and protect him. Unfortunately, in this situation, I’m unable to do much. My brother means the world to me, and I would fight this for him if I could.

Russell has tried to run his own business, but with him being sick and having so many treatments, it has had to be closed often. He and his wife have five kids (ages 13 to 5) at home that need their daddy.

There will also be a benefit set up soon at Bar 52 in Moncks Corner to help raise some money to offset medical expenses.

We will also be planning a benefit or selling dinners for the Sumter/manning area where Russell was raised.

We are all grateful for any help and prayers we can get at this time. Thank you all in advance for your prayers and support in any way offered.
