Hi my name is Keri, I’m fundraising for Elizabeth Blom. Elizabeth went in for a minor surgery on November 7th, to remove her ovary. It had been causing her pain. It was supposed to be a laparoscopic surgery. The doctors found that it was much more extensive. Elizabeth has a lot of scar tissue as a result of her chemo and radiation treatments. Apparently during the surgery, her intestines had been punctured. Elizabeth did go septic, she has been in the ICU on a ventilator. The damage has been repaired, as of today. They were successfully able to close her abdomen. Elizabeth are remains in the intensive care. She is on a ventilator, they are hoping to be able to wean her off of it. Elizabeth has a very long road ahead of her, and will need a lot of help. Please keep Elizabeth in your prayers!
