Good morning, good evening, and good afternoon,

First and foremost I would like to personally say thank you for taking the time to read this in honor of Christopher Westover and support his loving parents Daniel and Kellie, and his two younger brothers Joshua and Seth.

Everyone in this world has endured loss in one way or another throughout this winding journey called life. A constant flux of the unknown, at times, impossible to solve. But, the impossible didn't exist in Chris's life. Chris lead his life a "quarter mile at a time" as Dom said. Living every day upholding his dedication to his country during his time in the United States Marine Corps as an infantryman and currently in the United States Army infantry until his passing. Following his father's footsteps Chris was a "lifer" as we military folks know it as. Living day to day making sense of the controlled chaos there was no better man to have alongside you. He is a true example of an individual we should all try to emulate. Constantly steering his focus to make sure every single person graced with his presence in life making sure we were okay. Exemplifying love and compassion to all of those around him helping carry the weight of the world we all feel pushing down on our shoulders helping ease the path ahead. Chris had this uncanny ability to go from a man of pure focus and profesionalism to the biggest goofball in the room. Always making it his goal to fill the room with joy and laughter and no matter the situation, rain, shine, overseas, or at home, Chris was there. Your biggest hype man for anything in life. Christopher's love and support for his friends and family will forever be unmatched alongside the impact he left on this world.

I hope this gives you a sight picture of who Christopher was to all of us that had the honor of knowing him. For that, I leave you with a wake-up call we all need. Life is a mere blink of an eye and at any moment it can be turned upside down and turned around. Take the time to close your eyes, take a breath, and freeze the world around you. Make your peace. Remember the ones we love and never forget to tell those around you that you love them. Until we meet again Christopher "DeathKnight" Westover. Thank you, I love you, and I'll see you again brother.
