As some of you know, my dad was transferred to Jackson Memorial Hospital on 10/24 where he underwent an extremely complex heart surgery performed on 10/30. Since then, he has experienced a series of complications and is currently in recovery with a long journey ahead. We are incredibly thankful for the entire team at Jackson Memorial, the cardiac surgeons and the superhero nurses in the CVICU for their dedication and care they have provided for my dad these last few weeks.
