It takes a village...!

Friends and family friends ...

a memory came up today reminding me I have been Cancer free for 8 years this month! Those who have cancer or have survived cancer, often asked during our journey,

" Why is this happening, why me God"?

And the man above comes through one way or another and guides us.

I want to introduce to you a young girl, Valeria Anali Luna, who was diagnosed with a tumor on her face near her eyes in August 2020. She was able to receive some treatment that led her to be Cancer-free... almost 3 yrs in remission. Latter, part of last year, they realized the cancer had returned. Valeria has been receiving treatment here in Rocky Point, but they have found that she needs more aggressive treatments, which is available in Guadalajara. They are trying to prevent the cancer from going into Stage 3.

Living here in Puerto Penasco Mexico (Rocky Point) , I have been blessed with local residents who have become my 2nd family.

This is a working family. Dad works at the Oyster Farm, and Mom has to stay home and make sure Valeria goes to her treatments and appointments .

We have all had someone who has experienced the struggle with this terrible disease. And this has touched my heart!
