Hello everyone,

We are trying to raise money for our dear friend 36 year old Justin Cohen from flushing ,N.Y. Who was involved in a horrific motorcycle accident on October 25th 2014.
The major injuries he suffered from this accident were 13 fractured vertebrae's and a fractured skull.
Dr's performed a 4-5 hour emergency surgery on his spine doing everything  they could to help him but unfortunately when it comes to spinal chord  injury  there's only so much they can do...... Leaving him now paralyzed.
Justin is a born fighter. He is working extremely hard in physical therapy to try and gain some sort of function back in his legs. Justin currently has some special care needs that are not covered by insurance and his medical care costs continue to escalate.
I have known Justin and his wife Jaime for quite sometime now and they are the most generous people I have ever met. They have helped many people including myself many times in the past. Unfortunately due to the. Severity of his injuries he now needs our help.
 Anyone who knows Justin knows he is a strong minded ...extremely positive and hopeful. He is willing to do anything he possibly can...for the chance to stand up on his own and best of all chance to walk again.  Losing the ability to do things on your own and having to depend on others for the smallest things is extremely hard to deal with emotionally , mentally and of course physically so it is times like this when we need to find it in our hearts to do what we can to help someone who truly needs all the help he can get.
