MOUNTAIN WALK 04/05/25

The risk of Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia increases with age, affecting an estimated 1 in 3 people. As Alzheimer's worsens people experience greater memory loss and other cognitive difficulties.

Mooneys bar owner, manager, staff & customers want to really make a difference this year with raising money for this terrible disease. It breaks not only the person with the disease but the family that has to watch them not be the person they all once knew.

We normally take part in the Belfast marathon yearly but this year we have a lot more people wanting to support our Alzheimer’s fundraiser. We have decided to do the MEELMORE in the mourne MOUNTAINS walk in aid of Alzheimer’s society. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
