My Mom, Mary has been battling Cancer since 2013. She had a desire to live to continue to take care of our family as she had her entire life. She devoted her life to being a stay at home Mom taking care of 4 children and her loving husband. The moment she was told she had Cancer she fought it with a vengeance to allow herself to continue taking care of her family. My Dad was diagnosed with Advanced Alzheimer's Disease years ago which made her will to fight Cancer even harder in order to still care for her husband. Throughout my Mom's battle with Chemo she continued to get up each day to take care of the people she loved even though she was so weak and in so much pain. She was the main care giver throughout all of our lives.. My Mom obviously can no longer care of my Dad and he has now been placed in a home and thank God for his Medicare which has allowed my family a place to take care of my Dad since my Mom can no longer.. Dad's Medicare is just enough to take care of him... My Mom has a few more years before she can qualify for Social Security/Medicare benefits. Because of the small amount they lived off of unfortunately left our family with no savings. She was a loving and caring person who would give anyone the shirt off of her back as well as the money left in her pockets... Always a place to eat, sleep or a caring ear. Our family at this time cannot even afford a proper funeral for the Woman, Care giver, Mom that she so deserves and has been saddled with so much medical expenses while trying to beat this horrible disease. There is no donation too small at this time of grief and sadness for myself and my family to be able to take care of my Mom in the end as she has taken care of everyone else her entire life. Prayer is Amazing...which is the reason she is still here with us.. Thank you for your help as it is very much appreciated
