Jonathon - In Memory Of

In memory of Jonathon.

Jonathon's memorial service will be held at St Barnabas Church, Morecambe, LA3 1TF at 12pm on the 2nd February. All who knew him are welcome.

We would ask anyone thinking of bringing flowers on the day of Jonathon's funeral, or anyone who knew him and is able, to join others in making a donation in memory of Jonathon. Any monies raised will be divided evenly between two causes.

1. The St Barnabas Church Organ Appeal - Jonathon lived close to St Barnabas Church and was made to feel very welcome by the congregation there. He was really invested in this appeal and wanted to do everything he could to help. (You can just spot Jonathon in his red coat, sat at the front).

2. Phab - An organisation that brings people together and helps those with disabilities to do fun things and have adventures that they could not otherwise have enjoyed. Jonathon attended Phab holidays at Bendrigg Lodge for many years - it was his first real experience of being away from home and where he first fell in love with adventure sports (see this photo from the top of the climbing wall) and chasing adrenaline (something that would lead him to trying paragliding, indoor skydiving and indoor skiing to name a few!).

Both St Barnabas and PHAB played a big and happy part in Jonathon’s life and are incredibly worthy of support.
