Keep our animals safe

Growing places are a local charity that own the small holding in Mayles lane, where we have chickens, ducks, sheep and goats for our children who attend our nurseries. Our children and families have been enjoying these opportunities for over 5 years, however in the last 2 weeks the facilities have been vandalised and today the animals have been attacked, injured and 2 chickens killed! We were going to fundraise for CCTV however it is urgent now!

Our children are going to be devastated as the last time they visited they were waiting for the baby ducklings to be born and now the eggs have been taken, ducks injured and chickens killed!

We want to have cctv installed as soon as possible to hopefully prevent this happening again.
