Support The Rose Family

The Rose family is facing the unimaginable right now. Their sweet and energetic 7-year-old son, Joel—a Grade 1 student at Persalvic School in Victoria, NL—needs an urgent and necessary surgery, requiring immediate travel to another province. As they navigate this difficult journey, Joel’s parents - Aimee and Mitchell, younger brother, grandparents, and other close-knit family members are traveling with him to provide the love and support he needs.

We are creating this fundraiser as a way for extended family, friends, and our amazing community to rally around the Roses, offering support and helping to ease the burden of travel expenses, accommodations, and time away from work while they focus on their child’s health and well-being.

As close friends of the family, we are organizing this fundraiser on their behalf and will provide updates on Joel’s surgery and recovery as requested. This will allow the family to focus on what truly matters—being together during this challenging time.
