As of November of 2022 I have been experiencing severe back pain (again). After 6 months of consultations, imaging, epidurals, and pain management, it’s been determined that surgery is necessary.

I’m reaching out to you for help. Even with insurance the cost is more than I can afford. I have not been able to work for the last 6 months and this has caused a tremendous amount of financial stress. I graduated college this past December with a bachelors degree, and I have yet to apply it to a career. This procedure will provide relief from pain and grant me the ability to return to my normal life.
