Star's Dance in San Francisco

Star has been accepted into the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance 's summer intensive this June. She is very excited about this opportunity to hone her craft among professionals and pre-professionals in the Bay Area.
Tuition for this program has been taken care of by a generous grant from her grandparents, but we really don't want to lean on gma and gpa for the whole bill. The goal of this fundraiser is to come up with the fees for the housing portion of the costs. Housing, RA fee, and deposit come to just under $1500.
Star has been pursuing dance with a rare focus and drive since she was four years old, dancing at Flor-De-Liz Dance in Tucson, Arizona. Every year she strives for new dance experiences and exposure to new companies and techniques. Over the last three years she has been gaining professional training and performance experiences with the Jefferson Dancers, a dance company based at her high school in Portland, Oregon.
This is her last summer in high school. She is very conscious of the fact that the connections she makes this year are going to help her find her place in the dance world after high school (i.e. scholarships and job opportunities).
Please help my little girl have a wonderful, educational, and professionally enriching experience this summer. She has made the best of every opportunity she's been blessed with. We are so very grateful for all the support everyone has given over the years. Thank you, thank you, thank you in advance. And also afterwards.
