My name is Raul Rodriguez Jr. and on May 17, 2022 our father had passed away in Denton, Texas. Born to Julian and Manuela Rodriguez, Whitney St., San Benito, Texas 0n 3/14/1939. He attended school in San Benito and joined the United States Army in 1956. Our father faithfully served this great nation for twenty years, then retired. He was a Viet Nam Veteran serving two tours in the Republic of Viet Nam. I traveled 8 hours on meager savings just to get to Denton, Texas where he had passed. My father did not plan for this event, I can not find any evidence of him having life insurance. And, because he did not name anyone as an executor, I am running into one road block after another. While in Denton, I have found that durng the past the past year while hospitalized, someone committed identify theft leaving my father penniless. I am applying for a loan to try to cover the funeral expenses and hopefully, I will be approved. It has been hard for me to even consider doing a gofundme, because, I have always have been able to handle any obstacle put in my way. This obstacle became a lot more than I expected.
