On Sunday 22nd of June,I'll be taking on the Fan Dance challenge.
24km over the Brecon Beacons with a minimum of 35Ibs on my back plus food and water.
I'm doing this on behalf of the Megan Mai Foundation.
This zero wage charity provides help for seriously ill children and their families.
For more information go to
The infamous march is the world's oldest special forces test, and is the first indicator if a candidate has the mental and physical aptitude to join the forces.
I'll be pushing myself for this amazing charity along with a great team, including Megan’s Dad, the founder of the charity.
Richard sadly lost his daughter Megan to childhood cancer. He now puts all of his efforts in to raising money to support seriously ill children and their families. They provide air purifiers for homes, nutritious meals to the hospital wards to support families, as well as funding counselling and mental health support during this unimaginable time.
Richard is an incredibly strong and inspiring man, bringing people together to support mental health and wellness and give back all they can to fight together and support those going through such a tough time.
Please visit Megan Mai Foundation to see how you can get involved and give what you can. £1 from every person will go a long way.
Thank you
