Sew Grateful

We are so grateful to ALL of our healthcare professionals and Essential Workers - and so grateful for your support.

We are a small team of local volunteers from the Rosneath Peninsula on the west coast of Scotland making Masks, Gowns and Scrub Bags. We have established this fundraiser to provide this much needed PPE for local healthcare professionals and essential workers in our community so that they have the necessary protection to treat their patients and to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Although the NHS is doing its best to order supplies, there are significant shortages at a local level. We have been sewing masks, gowns and scrub bags and delivering these directly to GPs, Community Nurses, Care Home Staff and Essential Workers (e.g. delivery drivers and local store employees) since the middle of March.

We need your support to keep the PPE coming as it is likely the situation will get worse in the UK before it gets better. Please give generously so we can source additional materials & supplies for this effort.

If you are a frontline healthcare worker or Essential Worker in need of PPE, please contact us so we can help.

If you would be willing to volunteer to join our happy band as a seamstress, please contact us ASAP - we are struggling to keep up with demand!
