Severine's Bottom Surgery Recovery

Hi friends! I'm getting bottom surgery this summer (omg yay), and the recovery is going to be long and intense (less yay). For the first month I will not be able to sit or walk more than a few steps at a time, and I will need to spend loooots of time resting in bed, and build my strength very slowly after that.

I'm going to need to be off work for about three months, and the first month I need to stay nearby the hospital in NYC for post-operative care. My insurance will cover most of the medical costs, but the cost of a short-term rental in that area is not covered and quite high (about $5,000), not to mention groceries and other supplies. So, I could really use help covering that expense. Any amount you can offer makes a difference!
