Hi everyone!
My name’s Maggie. I’m currently working on a movie in Birmingham, AL. Today, November 13, 2023 this sweet little boy appeared on the front porch of our Costume Departments house. Luckily, he showed up at a house that is full of animal lovers. That said, he’s extremely malnourished and has a broken leg that the vet feels is from a gun shot wound. To give this sweet angel a fighting chance, he needs our help. Our dude is at the vet tonight where he’ll undergo an X-ray to determine whether or not he’ll have to have his right front leg amputated or if it’s salvageable enough to have a plate put in. Unfortunately, either option is costly.
We have an initial quote of 2k on the low end and 5k on the high end. We will know more tomorrow but wanted to ask for community help with helping us save this sweet angel.
