We are raising money for Pieta house Darkness into light.
The teams are hosting a Live HIIT class Saturday 9th May at 7 am.
The idea is to Donate and Join in on our HIIT class with us, it will be structured similar to a Sevens rugby game two halves, no equipment needed and family-friendly!
