Seven for Seventy!

Hi, I'm Paul Kozel an outdoor enthusiast who is turning 70 on June 21 2023. To celebrate my birthday, I want to acknowledge family and friends who have been loving and constant companions during my journey through life. Michelle and Fred Bianchi are friends who have established a foundation that supports underrepresented and economically disadvantaged students in Kenya, Africa to achieve their potential through primary and secondary education. (Michelle and Frederick Bianchi Eduational Foundation 501C3).

To support the Foundation I'm planning on running seven miles on my seventieth birthday and contributing money for each mile that I run. I want to extend this challange to anyone who can run, walk, hike, bicycle, swim, paddle, wheel chair, etc. for seven miles and contriute whatever you would like for each mile of your journey. If you do more or less than seven miles that's great too. This is simply an invitation to engage with the great outdoors and support Fred and Michelle's work in Kenya!
