Hi, my name is Reuben and for the past two and a half years I have been working as a mechanic and the director for one of the most prestigious bikes cafes in the Netherlands.

After putting in a lot of effort into making this bike cafe a success I have had to make a difficult decision to let go of my position of Director and Mechanic to follow my own dream of owning my very own bike repair shop, something small, somewhere where riders can come to get a great service and real value and knowledge.

I am a very passionate mechanic who believes in teaching his clients how to better care for their bikes in order to for their machines to work better and last longer.

I have approached the traditional system of getting a loan from a bank but unfortunately I do not qualify to get the loan I need to get this business off the ground and on its feet and hence I am coming to the community to help raise the capital I need.

The funds are needed for the following reasons:

1. Renovations of the new shop.

2. Equipment and tools,

3. Rent for the first couple months.
