Help for Kimmy! She needs dental work asap!

Kim is so close to the finish line!!... After all she has been through she needs this dental work done and then she will be back on top of the list for her kidney. I know she is stressing because she doesn't have the money for this last procedure. Please donate... its not much if each give a little!
