Seth Penalver Emergency Assistance

Hi, my name is Renee, and I am raising funds for Seth Penalver. On December 1, 2022, Seth suffered an aneurysm. Seth spent 18 1/2 years on death row for a crime he did not commit. Seth was exonerated and freed in 2012. He lost everything while he was wrongly incarcerated. His parents passed away while he was in prison and does not have any remaining family.
