Seth & Megan Halligan's baby girl

Seth Halligan and I go way back to 1995. I just found out this morning that Seth and Megan's baby has been at Doernbechers since she was 24 hours old. Dorothy Louise was born on New Year's Eve in Salem. Megan had a c-section. All was well for the first few hours. Dottie Lou, as her parents have nicknamed her, has already had two surgeries. Her small intestines didn't develop correctly. The first surgery was to untangle them. Her second surgery was to remove all but 3cm. The small intestine is where our bodies absorb nutrition. She has a PICC line, but that's a difficult way to receive nutrition. Seth & Megan have worked together teaching abroad over the past few years, most recently in Mongolia. Seth has taught abroad in Asia for much of the past decade. With the cost of current medical bills and future surgeries, they will need help both financially and through your prayers.
