Hi. I'm Mark. I'm Founder , Owner and Senior Chief instructor at Tao Academy.

I started training in martial arts in 1990 I've studied various different styles.

Martial arts has helped me mentally and physically in many ways through lots of lifes challenges. I enjoy being able to give back and help others.

That's why in 2004 I started teaching. It's been a passion for me since day one.

We've helped and continued to help so many from a wide variety of backgrounds. Personal and physical challenges , from bullying , autism , Asperger's, hemiplegia , cerebral palsy, schizophrenia, among others.

So what we are looking to do is to find a full time venue so we can offer more to the community, in offering more classes to help and various community days for raising funds and awareness.
