Hi there!

I want to talk to you about an issue very close to my heart and i've realised that if i want to help make change, it comes with costs and i need your help to get the program up and running. Please take a moment to read what i'm trying to build.

Picture a location, such as an office or building, where women of all ages can go and access free feminine products, treatments, advice, and a social space that feels safe for women. A place where there is trust, and kindness. I want to help end period poverty in this country. Women do not get to choose to have periods and it's not reasonable to me that were expected to go without if we can't pay for products. A lot of women are not comfortable free bleeding and it should be their choice, not a burden. How do they expect working women to cover up bleeds without them? and there is no enough help for women suffering from DV. I understand men suffer domestic violence but it's statistically a lot higher for women and we do not have enough help and support to deal with these situations. Part of the building would have a stray cat cafe so i can help take the load off of the already at breaking point pet services and vets. The money im trying to raise will make it possible for me to;

Rent a space for this to happen and get the permissions if needed

Buy feminine products in bulk and break them down into packs for women of every flow type and tailor them to either tampons, pads, pants, mix of.

Access the advice and information leaflets and guidance for help in a range of issues, including menta health and domestic violence and how they can help and what services are available.

Space for the stray cats to live and thrive with outdoor access that is safe. Warm pet beds, food, toys, and litter, safe boxes, blankets.

The resources needed to build an outdoor catio for them.

I want to help make change, and i have to start somewhere. I have some funds already, however i will need help from people like you. No donation is too small! Even just £5 would help 3 women.

I realise this is no small task, but i am very passionate about this and i am someone who has multiple degrees and education behind me to help others and counsel them.

If we want change, we need to stand up and make it happen because if we always expect others to do it and not take on anything ourselves then it will never happen. It's my goal to break the cycle and give my local community more options and help unload the vets and sanctuary's who are at their limits with strays, injured, sick cats.
