It is with a very broken heart that we announce the passing of Matt De Martin.

Many were lucky to know and to love Matt… Matt was full of life, full of love, full of fight. He would do anything for anyone without hesitation and was truly one in a million.

I have been asked to support in raising money on behalf of the De Martin family to help with the overwhelming unexpected medical expenses. The financial burden their family has been placed with is one that we can all come together to alleviate. In the event that any additional money is raised beyond the cost of medical/service expenses, the family has chosen to have it donated to St Judes.
