Yolanda Hernandez passed away in her sleep on Tuesday, November 10.  She leaves behind a husband and two sons. The funds from this campaign will go to her funeral services, and as monetary assistance to her family during this difficult time.

Yolanda was an amazing mom, sister, and friend with a big heart.  She was never too busy to listen, and always had a welcoming door to her home. She did everything to put her family first, and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
