Early December, our Mom (Jeannine) was diagnosed with pneumonia. Once they did more testing they found a mass on her lung. On Christmas Eve we found out that it was stage 4 cancer that had already metastasized to her lymph nodes and stomach with tumors on her brain. In discussing treatment with teams of doctors, it was decided that any sort of treatment would hurt more than help. Knowing this, and Mom's wishes, we brought her home to her own bed on Tuesday December 29th. Cared for by Family she got to see her children and grandchildren up until she went to Dad on January 6th 2021.

Even in the end Mom didn't want anyone to know the seriousness of it because she was never one for pity or charity that's why it sucks to be making this request.
