Hi my name is Brooke Noble, the mother of Quiana Noble who was tragically murdered in Stockton, CA on July 19,2022. A pure soul who graced everyone with her smile. She will be missed, not by just her family but a host of friends and the community. She was a person who would go above and beyond to help others and especially her grandmother who she adored.
