Services and Monument for Troy O'shann
Troy dedicated his life to entertaining people. He brought smiles to tens of thousands of people (maybe more) and made uncounted amounts of money for bar, restaurant and club owners and festival organizers. He touched so many lives and now we have lost him. If there is a silver lining, he lived life on his terms. It was never about the money, but instead his love for music and making people smile. He died at his favorite place in the world, Big Sur. We should all be so lucky! Now we have to say goodbye and it is heartbreaking to his family and friends.
The family is covering costs related to laying him to rest, but we would love to put up a memorial in remembrance, so we his friends and family (and strangers) can visit him. We are hoping to get the city of Monterey to allow the memorial and if not in Big Sur. His son wants to travel to a couple of his fafavorite places in California to spread his ashes and frankly could use money for handling estate issues.
Please help us send him off as he deserved!
His family appreciates all that allowed him into their lives and we vow to keep him alive in our hearts and minds.
