Service Dog for Luke

As many of you know, Luke was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. He would like to have a service dog.
We believe a service dog would enable Luke to lead the life he had before his diagnosis, giving him the independence to continue camping with the Boy Scouts, participating in overnight activities, etc. Luke has a glucose monitor but he tends to sleep through alarms, and he has always been one to push himself physically. The dog would help Luke by alerting him in the event of a low level or high level.
The dog will cost at a minimum $15,000. It will take approximately 6 to 12 months to recieve the dog after a deposit has been placed. We will be holding fundraisers to help offset the cost (If it's in God's will, cover the entire cost!), or you may simply donate to Luke's gofundme account. Your contributions would be greatly appreciated.
