Service Dog Trng for Lizzy's Chance

Hi, my name is Lauri, I am Elzabeths grandma and I help by taking her to doctors appointments and therapy appointments, so her parents can continue to work. I am also helping out by donating a Golden Doodle to be Elizabeth's service dog and starting this Go Fund Me to help with training costs.
My name Elizabeth I am 14yrs old with chronic illnesses. I have chosen to name the dog and my new companion Chance as he will be useful in providing me another chance to be more independent again.
Chance will need to be trained properly for my Dysautonomia diagnosis’s. He will start training at eight weeks old and he is already currently three weeks. Chance will not be done with all the training needed until he is age two. Part of his duties as a service dog will be to assist me with retrieving medicines, bringing me fluids, warning me of fainting episodes, and protecting my head from hitting the ground when fainting which is caused by my three different syncope types.
Currently due to my conditions I have had 16 diagnosed concussions (mild/moderate) and have been hospitalized multiple times. My last hospitalization was from March 27th and got out on April 4th. Some of the reasons I have been hospitalized have been due to dehydration, heat stroke, head injuries, weakness, cardiac instabilities, neurological monitoring and many more.
Many of my doctors including my primary doctor and my head specialist have stated that a service dog is one of our best options to protect my head. I have just gone through a bad spiral of fainting (26/43 days) with repeatedly hitting my head as I had limited or no warning prior to passing out. The episodes got so bad to the point I started even fainting while sitting or riding in the car. I want to try living my life as a normal teenager as much as possible and Chance can help me with that.
My family and I need help with the cost of training a service dog to meet all my needs. The approximate cost of the required training level Chance will need is $3000 to $5000 dollars. Insurance will not help in covering these costs and the waiting list to get a dog already trained, donated to me is several years and the cost for an already trained dog is anywhere from $8000 to $15000 depending on the dog’s ability. Anything you could donate would be helpful and very much appreciated.
A special thank you to Corners Pets and Grooming as they have offered to help with providing a discount for supplies for Chance and they will be also looking to one of their food vendors to provide a bag of dog food monthly. Also thank you to my great grandpa Joe and grandma Marlene who have also helped get us started with a $1000 for Chances first couple classes he will start at 8wks old. And of course to my grandma Lauri for providing me with my beautiful friend Chance.
I also will be creating a page for Chance Hamilton Jesse-Johnson, so you can follow our progression as lifelong friends and companions. Our journey already started on March 19th when I got to help my grandma birth Chance and all his siblings.
