Hi. My name is Kaili Anderson (I prefer Rosalynn or Rose) and I'm trying to raise money for a much needed service dog.
I'm disabled. You can't really tell from the photo, I have preceptional distortion stuff, where I see scary demon things that try to eat me in my sleep. Ever since I got out of the psych ward at age 14 I was telling my parents "I need a fox guys. I need a fox so it can eat the demons."
Amoung other things, I suffer with Psychosis in general, Bipolar Disorder, sucididal tendencies, extreme panic attacks and anxiety attacks, and so far my only coping method for my panic attacks is a weird displacement of myself, which can sometimes lead to going out on walks at 3:00 in the morning without knowing. Once I called the police on myself and wasn't aware, so I fell alsleep and my roomate and I woke up to an unexpected helpful and confusing knock on the door.
I feel very vulnerable typing this up. Having a dog by my side would make my life easier in so many ways, not to mention easier for those around me who have to figure out how to deal and cope with my obscure tendancies.
My doctors and therapists, counsleors, friends and family all seem to agree that having someone constantly at my side to help me get out of bed, remind me to take my pills, get me out the door every day nd maybe help me get my courage up to go to school or get a job would be excellent. No human can do that for me, especially not me while I'm having an episode. They agree with this too. A dog? Everyone seems to think it would be extremely helpful and needed.
After finding a trainer who has worked in training service dogs before, and doing some careful research, we've agreed that a Samoyed would be the best fit for me, my roommate, and my disability, life ect.
Luckily for me, there is a lovely breeder back in my home town, Bend, Oregon, not too far from where I currently live now. With some help, I might be able to finally get a new chance at life and a partner who can help me and get lots of love in return! Snowwater Samoyeds in Bend

These reflect living in Eugene Oregon, as well as spay/neuter, cost to license, train, purchase, ect.
initial cost of dog:

travel expense:
approx $150.00
(I’m going to go pick him or her up from Bend, with my trainer to ensure that the puppy is the right fit for me, and bring the pup home as well.)

I live in a low income apartment without much help from my parents. I'm disabled and I currently am living off of health insurance from the government, SSI, and food supplemental assistance from the state.
It would mean THE WORLD to me if I can raise even some money to help me get my foot in the waters of being able to go outside on my own and have less panic attacks or have a dog help me through them with ease. Every penny counts and helps me to be able to handle my disability and my hope!
