Please Help Me

I have two dysautonomias (meaning a dysfunction of the Autonomic Nervous System/ANS): Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and Neurocardiogenic syncope (NCS). Posture changes from sitting and laying to standing can cause me to faint. I have other illnesses that are very debilitating: Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Anxiety (GAD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS), Rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and Fibromyalgia. This isn't just for a service dog anymore. It's for medical needs and expenses too. I'm trying to get an SSI and have a place of my own. I need medical equipment and more. The most they give a month is $750. Take rent and bills out of it. Don't have a lot for food so I need food stamps too. I still will need help. My case is being looked into right now and it's looking good. If you have no idea what my illnesses are research them or ask me about them and how deliberating they've become to me over the years. Just cause you know someone with the same illness as me and they are alright doesn't mean I am too. Everyone's illness is different. Don't judge anyone just cause you have it too and you're not that bad. I hate it when people do that.
