Service dog for Lillian Crudge

Hi my name is Lillian. I have epilepsy and am in need in need of a seizure alert service dog. This would mean so much too me. My mom and dad are applying to several foundations for help but we still need assistance we training the service dog. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just want to get back to a normal teenage life!
