Father of 4, serious health issues.

My name is Brandon Stafford, I have multiple medical issues with my liver, and appendix. I have 4 children to care for. At the moment I am pretty much unable to function normally and can't really get out of bed alone or restroom, thankfully I have a father to help but has very limited resources and no one to help him help me.  I need a way to pay for everyday needs, (I have 3 girls and a boy) meds, food and our rent.
