Sergio Cortes Family Help Fund

Husband and father of 3 children was a victim of gun violence. Is currently in critical condition and on life support. He has been in the ICU since March 7th Tuesday night. He has no insurance and is the financial breadwinner of his family. Due to be hospitalized, he is incapable of providing for his family.
